Combo Camps is looking for a Program Manager!

About the Role

This is a versatile role so we are looking for a master multitasker who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading daily coaches’ meeting

• Assisting with planning and delivering training sessions for coaches

• Assisting with coaches’ scheduling

• Overseeing daily camp operations and assisting with daily logistics (checking in campers, parent communication, bus schedules, registration emails)

• Working collaboratively with the Admin Manager, Kiddy Manager, and Supervisors

• Offering on-trail and on-water support to coaches

About You

• Outdoor enthusiast, with a particular interest in biking and water sports (canoeing, SUP, kayaking)

• Minimum 1 year experience supervisory experience

• Experience working with children

• Must have your own accommodation in the Sea to Sky

• Strong communication skills and positive personality

Need to Know

• Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm

• Starting wage is $25/hour

• Starting around mid May, or early June, through mid September
